A Word For You Today!

Colossians 3:2

“Keep your mind on the things above, not on worldly things.”

One of Satan’s strategies is to attack the mind and where your mind takes you, the body follows. He prides himself on sending you poisonous thoughts to confuse you, to distract you, and for you to act upon. He knows how powerful a single thought can be, and every chance he gets, he will impart darkness.

I come to tell you this morning to ask God to safeguard your mind. Do Not Entertain Evil! Prepare your mind for spiritual warfare by meditating on the word of God, and putting on your Helmet of Salvation (Ephesians 6:17).

Your mind is the gateway into your healing, your breakthrough, and your miracle. So be very careful of what your ears hear, what your eyes see, and what your mouth say; because you may be giving Satan access to your mind.

Only God can tame the tongue, and only He can kill sinful flesh; and we can overcome all things through Christ who gives us strength.

Let us pray: Lord, thank You for a sound mind today! Help us to keep our eyes and ears stayed on You. Prepare our minds to fight against evil and to look to Jesus for revelation. We ask these things in Jesus name – Amen and thank God!
