Isaiah 43:18-19 “Starting Over”

I want to speak to my brothers and sisters that have woke up and found themselves starting over. Whether it’s no fault of your own or you played a role in it, give it to God and He’ll make a way for you.

You can be starting over in a relationship, job, or just life; as uncomfortable and unpredictable as change can be, stay encouraged.

Some people may view starting over as failure and some are scared but excited about their new beginnings. However, you feel about your start over, just know, it’s going to be okay!

I come to bring you the good news to forget the former things, and don’t dwell on the past. Even though you can’t see it yet, God is doing a new thing. Trust Him!

Let us pray: Father, help those that are starting over in one way or another in life. Let them know that some doors are opened, and some doors are closed to protect us and to give us a better life. Whatever Your reasoning is Lord, help us to trust your will. Help us to stay encouraged and look to the mountains from which our help comes from. Help us not to dwell on the past and look forward to the new thing You’re doing in our lives. We ask this prayer in your darling son Jesus’ name- Amen and Thank God.

Show me the right path, O Lord; point out the road for me to follow.”

Psalm 25:4 (NLT)

Every day we find ourselves making decisions. Some are small and some may be major. The beautiful part about decision making is that you don’t have to make them alone. God is waiting on you this morning to cast All of your cares on Him.

Leave the decision making to the Father, and you go rest in the comfort of knowing your answer is on its way. Don’t get anxious if it takes a minute for Him to respond back. Stop, relax, and listen for His voice.

God wants His children to know that there’s nothing too big for Him to handle. He’ll lead you in the right direction if you would only ask. Don’t be afraid to let go. Leave the consequences up to Him. He’s waiting on you! Will you make the decision today to call on Jesus for help?

Let us pray: Father, thank You for taking the pressure off of us in making decisions today. We trust you Lord, and we know You know what’s best for us. Your word says that You will show us the right path and point out the road for us to follow. We call on You Lord to give us direction. We need You and we love You. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen and thank God!

Whatever you’re going through today, give it to God in prayer and wait! Wait while He work it out! Wait while He open up doors for you! Wait while He speak on your behalf! Wait while He fight your battles! Wait on your answer! Wait on your blessing! Wait on your healing! Wait on your breakthrough! Wait On The Lord!

Let us pray: Lord, help us to wait on You! No matter how impatient we get, give us peace and comfort while we wait. Help us to stop trying to work things out in our own strength, leaning to our own understanding. We need You Lord! This world is in shambles and if You don’t help us, we’ll be caught up in its dark web. Help us to see the truth so that we don’t believe the lies. We trust You Lord and we know that You are a way maker. We ask these things in Your darling son Jesus’ name. Amen and thank God!

Where Do I Go From Here?

I come to encourage my brothers and sisters that are feeling lost and don’t know where to go from here. Now, is not the time for you to lean to your own understanding, but it’s the perfect time for you to stop where you are and seek God for direction.

Why risk going the wrong way, when you don’t have to make this decision on your own? Psalms 32:8 says: “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.”

Please do not allow the anxieties of this world to influence the path you should take, Proverb 3:6 says: “In all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”

Let us Pray: Father, help your children that are feeling lost and don’t know which way to go. Holy Spirit, guide us on the right path and don’t let go of our hand. Lord, cover us and keep us as we seek your will. In Jesus’s name we pray- Amen and thank God!

Ephesians 3:20

Father, we come casting All of our cares on You today! Help us dear Lord to rest in the comfort of knowing our God is capable of doing exceedingly more of what we ask or could ever imagine.

Take away the worry, fear, and anxiety that are used as distractions to cause us to doubt You. Restore our strength, faith, and peace in You.

Magnify the hopes and dreams You’ve placed inside of us and help us to get focus and stay focus as You lead us on our purpose-filled journey.

Please send the provision for this day for us and our families. Wrap Your loving arms around us to protect us from all harm or danger. Smile on us Lord and let us feel Your love.

He Knows You!

Romans 8:39

He knows all about You. He knows your flaws, and He knows your gifts. God knows your fears, and He knows what makes You happy. He knows your secrets. God knows EVERYTHING about You!

He knows all about You, and His love for You couldn’t get any stronger. God’s love is unwavering regardless of what You do. People may turn their backs on You, but God will never leave You. So don’t You let no one tell You that God’s doesn’t love You.

Come to God as You are today and accept the love, He has for You!

Let us pray: Thank You Lord for Your grace and mercy! Thank You for Your undying love and for not turning Your back on us despite our sins. Wrap Your arms around us today, so that we may feel Your love and know that we are not alone. In Jesus name we pray- Amen and thank God!

The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.

The devil comes to steal, kill and destroy so don’t leave your door open. He is stealing physical things and spiritual things you don’t realize is missing-breakthrough, joy, peace, love, and healing.

You’re being robbed because you are leaving yourself open to everything that’s coming through the spirit realm. Closed that door! Go to God in prayer and ask Him to seal every place in your life that the enemy can attack you and help you to stay vigilant and live a full life in Christ. In Jesus name I speak protection over every person that read this and may God keep you in all your ways. Amen

God Has a Plan for You! (Jeremiah 29:11 NIV)

If you’re disappointed about something that’s not working out your way, well, I have good news for you today. God has a plan too! A plan to prosper you and not to harm you, a plan to give you hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11).

You see it’s good to have dreams and goals, but we often leave out God in the planning process. According to Proverbs 16:9, “In his heart a man plans his course, but the Lord determines his steps.” God delights in those that trust Him and acknowledge our weakness and our need for Him” (Psalm 147:11). He wants to see you succeed and is “glorified, that you bear much fruit” (John 15:8).

God gives the gift to prosper for those that follow Him (Ecclesiastes 5:19). But it is His way, His will, and His timing. You see His ways are so much higher than our ways. His will align you with His purpose. And because He sees the future, His timing is perfect and right on time. So, if your plan is not working, ask God to order your steps according to His plan and purpose for your life.

Let us pray: Lord, we thank you for the dreams that You’ve placed in our hearts. We’re grateful that Your desire is for us to bare much fruit, but we can’t do it without You. We need your guidance. We need wisdom, and your plan to prosper. And according to John 15:7, “If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.” Lord, we are asking this morning in the name of Jesus. Amen and thank God!

Psalm 121

I come to encourage you this morning to look to the hills whence cometh your help! You are your Father’s child, and He delights in taking care of you.

Our Father is strong and almighty, and He sits high and sees all things. He never sleeps so that he can watch over you, and He enjoy making a way for you. Contrary to what the world may say, you are loved and you’re not alone. You were fearfully and wonderfully made in the image of God.

Do not be afraid, discouraged, or sad this morning; because our Savior is an awesome God, protector, provider, and a way maker! So, whatever is troubling you today; take it to the Lord in prayer and watch Him move on your behalf.

Let us pray: Lord, we thank you for your protection and for watching over us. We thank you for being our keeper when we didn’t know we needed to be kept. We thank you for guidance and for this day, and forever more, in Jesus’ name – Amen!

That Dream lives on in many hearts today and as we celebrate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, let’s pray for unity, equality, and freedom for all by keeping the dream alive!
