You were created in God’s image (Genesis 1:28), and He refers to the body as the temple (Genesis 1:26). God has given you every plant yielding seed, and every tree which has fruit yielding seed to be food for you. He has given you a river for irrigation of plant life and for water to drink to keep the body alive (Ezekiel 47:9).
He looked and saw that it was not good for man to be alone, and made a helper to be fruitful and multiply (Genesis 2:18). God gave man wisdom, knowledge and understanding of craftsmanship (Exodus 35:31). He gave you physical training to keep the body fit (1Timothy 4:8).
He gave you rest on the seventh day of creation so the body could have a day of rest (Genesis 2:2). He gave you a Lord and Savior to serve and promised to bless your bread, water, and to take away sickness (Exodus 23:25).
